Sometimes bad luck turns out to be a good thing. Dana’s cosmetic dentistry makeover actual began as a dental emergency when he sought the help of Dental Health and Wellness Boston following a February accident. Able to see him right away, my team and I first reassured him that his teeth would be able to be saved and set about the immediate issue of fixing broken teeth.

Our recommendation was to treat the damage by placing all ceramic crowns and veneers on Dana's four front teeth. Additionally, we recommended we whiten his smile with a Britesmile teeth whitening treatment. The crowns restored the function and appearance of the broken teeth. Veneers offered a long lasting way to improve his smile while still conserving much of the natural tooth structure because only a minimal amount of healthy tooth structure needed to be removed. This treatment plan allowed us to choose a brighter shade for his smile and change the shape and alignment of his front teeth. We wanted to give Dana, a handsome man in his early forties, a smile that would help him professionally and socially.

Although Dana obviously wishes this injury had never occurred, we couldn’t be happier to be a part of giving him the best smile of his life!
